Reflection and Practice
Writing this book has been one of the great joys of my life—a moment of clarity where I could see a path toward a healthier, more connected world. It is a journey through ancient wisdom, living ecosystems, and the power of communities working together, inspired by the resilience I have witnessed across Kenya.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kevin Owocki, Founder of Allo.capital & Gitcoin, and Béla and Ellen Hatvany from Mustardseed Trust for seeing the value in this work and supporting its creation. To my friends and family, your encouragement carried me through every step of this journey. And to the communities and teachers in Kenya—who have so generously shared their languages, customs, and ways of being—you have given me a home, and for that, I am forever grateful.
This book is not an answer, but an invitation—an invitation to explore new (and old) ways of coordinating resources, restoring trust, and creating economies that serve the well-being of all. I hope you enjoy it, share it, and most of all, find ways to bring its lessons into your own life.
